This Wellness story, about the importance of stretching, hit home with me. I’ve been an avid runner and workout junkie since my 20s. In my 20s and even part of my 30s, stretching, warming up, cooling down, etc. were things I did “if I had time.” These days such things are not optional. This article drives home the importance of incorporating stretching into your daily routine.
